Completed In 2016 ECO-s Development transformed an existing Victorian office and retail space into 27 5-Star luxury hotel apartments, situated across four floors within the Square Mile in the city of London. The project proved challenging due to the site’s location and the necessity to demolish the rear facades without impacting Armourers’ Hall, a Grade II-listed building.
