ECO-s Development is approaching completion of a new hotel on Great Russel Street, London.

An exciting new concept, all 226 keys, plus reception and public areas have all been built in a former NCP car park, located on floors -4 and -5, located on Great Russell Street, just off Tottenham Court Road.

Due to the subterranean location, the MEP, ventilation in particular, was particularly challenging. ECO-s Development designed and managed every aspect of this in house.
