The Sunken House is a genuinely unique property. ECO-s Development worked closely with the client from the outset of the project. The planning restrictions on this were very strict, and to avoid overlooking the adjacent properties, we were required to develop a house that is largely sunk into the ground.

Featuring a large basement, our client was after an industrial look, without foregoing the sort of luxuries you would expect of a house of this caliber. A large basement pool and dedicated gym demonstrates clever use of raw, exposed concrete and deliberately rough-finished materials, juxtaposed against beautifully detailed stone and hand-crafted cabinetry.
Logistically and technically challenging, this is a spectacular project.
