ECO-s Development undertook partial demolition of this central London mews property, retaining facades and party wall structures. We excavated and formed a habitable basement, and undertook reconstruction of the interior floors including replacing all joinery in accordance with conservation area requirements.
We installed all new services including a roof-sited air source heat pump for heating, and chilled water ceilings throughout to provide cooling when required. Both systems required exceptional insulation values.
The property was finished to the very highest standards over four floors.
