This new build development of 6 mews-style houses makes clever use of limited natural light, in a very tight location. ECO-s Development developed each house with incredible attention to detail. Featuring split floor internal balconies, the design allows natural light to flood each floor of the houses, including the newly formed basements. During construction, the project required extensive temporary works, to prop up the adjoining buildings. The project was delivered using top-down and bottom-up construction simultaneously, to reduce the programme.
