This project involved the demolition of an existing two-storey house and the construction of a much larger dwelling spreading over 12,000 sqft. The new development required the excavation of a double basement with associated light well.

The key challenge for ECO-s Development was the lack of rear access to the site, the small front garden and the presence of similar properties on both sides.
