ECO-s Devlopment had the privilege of working with the  renowned architect Claudio Silvestrin on this new build.

The site was logistically very tight, but ECO-s Devlopment was able to build a three-storey basement using traditional piling and excavation. This enabled full exposure of all floors to natural light.

The innovative design, along with stone and natural finishes, has created a bright and homely residence.
